The Chapel of Saint Urban, Krakowska street

Object have been built from 1823 to 1827 in the centre of Porabka. The Chapel is masonry with outer measure 5x5m and high 5.20m. There is a small stone altar inside, a picture of Mother of God’s Rosary and above it a picture of Saint Urban is. On the side of the altar there are two stone sculpts of Saint Francis and Saint John of Nepomuk. The tower was built in the baroque-gothic style and it is shingle. In 1913 on the front wall of the Chapel there was placed remember plate dedicated to members of the January uprising.
