Sport and relax centre Kotelna

The sport and relaxation centre in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí offers the environment for active rest and relaxation. The building was reconstructed from the former heating room that explains its name. It is opened whole year round. Kotelna is opened since 2002 as an area of 5200 square metres, offering a full range of sport and relaxation services, from squash, tennis, beach volleyball, spinning, solarium to exercise classes for seniors or mothers with children. The centre is very popular. Beside the people of Frýdlant nad Ostravicí, also the visitors from Beskydy, people from the entire region and area of Frýdek Místek or Ostrava are coming here all year round.

In the sport and relaxation centre you can visit:
Relaxing swimming pool with dimensions of 9x6m, depth of 130cm, underwater lighting, 5 water attractions – decorative waterfall, water spout, counter current, hydromassage benches for three people and a blower
The massage whirlpool tub is in the pool area (the water is 36°C) as well as the massage box with various programs.
Fitness and cardio zone is modern air-conditioned gym with 17 fitness stands.
Outside beach volleyball court is opened from 1.5 to 30.9.
Petanque is available during the whole year.
Sauna and indoor pool for cooling.
Solarium with a vertical Sun Shower 8000
Squash – 3 courts for two which can be enlarged for multiple players. And by transforming the squash courts, we can get floorball or mini football pitches.
Outdoor tennis court with lightning for the evening games, in winter it can be adjusted to the inflatable indoor hall. Court is also suitable for football tennis or mini football.
Spinning – all spinning lessons has to be ordered in advance.
